What does it take to raise... ?
A Little Secret of what it takes to raise from a "60" to a "70" without fire or a stove. (3-4 min read)

What does it take to raise…? Say from a “60” to a “70”...
Well, Story time! Back in the day, when I would develop black and white film at College, I had to get the development solution mix at a certain temperature. (A few degrees off would mess up the process and the film wouldn’t turn out right.)
The problem was, we had this big jug of concentrated solution of Developer in the photo lab. And the temperature kind of changed hour by hour.
And it needed to be at a certain temp (like 70 degrees), and diluted with water, to process the film correctly. So we‘d mix it with hotter water to help raise the temperature to the correct temp.
But what temperature would the water need to be, to get the right outcome?
To calculate the temperature needed for the water, we would check the temp of the concentrate (say it was 60 degrees) then subtract that number from the desired temp of the mixture (70 degrees) then add the difference (10 degrees) to the desired temp. to figure out what the temperature the water needed to be (so in this case, 80 degrees).
We’d use equal amounts of each and mix them together. This would average out the temperature of the mix to be the desired 70 degrees.
The Little Secret -
So with life, business, and coaching, (or with developing film)... This Principle still applies… If your client (or you) is at, say “60”, and wants to get to a goal of “70”... they might have to come with some “heat” or a “Vibe” of “80” in order for them to raise a “60” to a “70”…
Now that might look differently for different situations. But the concept is the same. It could be done with a lot of different methods like adding good music, good energy, increased movement, etc.

Do something that will raise your energy/vibration like listening to some good music, read or listen to something inspirational, or going for a walk, etc.
Extra Credit 💯 😄 Pick a goal that you could accomplish in 5-7 days and start going for it. Make it simple enough that it might take you a few days, but not too hard, that it takes you a month or more to achieve. It’s about getting the goal, not what the goal is.
